We are equipped with various mills and an air classifier to dry fractionate fine particulate proteins from coarser starches. The Food Centre has both lab scale and pilot scale wet fractionation equipment which can develop the proteins or co-products you desire.
The Food Centre has over 300 pieces of equipment and flexible pilot processing rooms to build the right process for your ingredient. We will work on the idea in the lab and scale up to pilot scale before commercial production.
