Small agri-business and food processors in Saskatchewan may not be aware of existing and emerging label claims that can be used to promote their healthy food products. The Food Centre’s Developing Healthy Foods and Ingredients Department will summarizing various nutrition/health claims permitted in Canada, through a series of articles published in our eFood Focus and online.
